comprei um jogo para baixar e o dowlond chega em 80% trava e reinicia, o que pode estar acontecendo, ja paguei o jogo e não tenho suporte já fiz o procedimento de de restaurar
e nada de baixar, chega a 79% e volta ao zero

It's donwnloading now. but at the moment I got an error on the xbox app, I can't login on it i get this error 0x409 xbox 0x80080005 and I can't solve it. Any help to fix?

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. Normally, when you receive a message concerning the license to a game, its best to ensure that you are logged in with the same Microsoft account that you had on your previous laptop if that is
the account that you purchased the game with. You may want to find the purchase in your
order historyto confirm that you're signed in to the right account that owns the game, unfortunately you will not
be able to install the game unless the content is purchased on the account.

Go ahead and double check your account's order history and let us know the results. If you continue to receive the error message or any error codes, please post those as well so that we may continue to help you to the best of our abilities.
