    > "Alt-Tab" problem in-game: in Kingdom Come there are incidents, where I alt-tab to answer facebook and can't go back into game, it's just keep being minimized. In PoE: when I log into game, every time i press any button or mouse click - it keeps alt tabbing
    by itself, which didn't happen in first gaming session.

    > Constant app freeze: XBOX PC (Beta) keeps freezing with grey background and no info, only force closing and restarting helps me to continue using it.

    > It is so hard to get support ticket in app, it should be more visible and accessible for users.

    So far I enjoyed playing Dead by Daylight, Sea of Thieves, despite of bugs - Kingdom Come, Ruiner and State of Decay 2, but I will stop using this service if this issues won't be solved.

    Contacted to "experienced xbox player" named Goddess, like a week ago, she (or he?) gave my laptop info to engineers workers and ended conversation with "was it helpful". No further emails informing me how it goes, so I would back up this thread on how
    my xbox support service experience goes, so everyone would see it. From now on I will update it weekly until I get a proper support on my problems. :)

    there is no 360 games in the xbox beta gamepass for pc.
