    Completing a repair order


    If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.

    I am currently trying to complete a repair order for my son's Xbox One S. I still have it under warranty for some time and am trying to submit the correct form. However, every time that I attempt to complete the order, I am only allowed to select accessories
    when trying to voice the issue when in fact the issue is the HDMI port has become loose and now no longer allows image on the TV, if anyone could tell me how to select the xbox it's self as having an issue and not an accesorry. Again, it would be much appreciated
    if someone could assist me.

    Hi, I have a problem with my Xbox 360 controller (cabled), it randomly started to have some input problems. All the game i run with my controller detect an input on mt R2, as if I make pressure on it, even if I am not doing anythinng. I don't know how to fix it.

    I wish i could talk to an agent, However when i put my number in to get a call back it tells me "Something went wrong at our end. We’re working on it.". This is constant and the 5th day this has been happening. I cant do my order and i can't speak to anyone nor can i get anyone to contact me. Im frankly going insane about it.

    I have already done this ( i have completed previous repair orders with no problems). This time it would appear to be a site problem as it wont list my addresses and only allows me to add a new one, which then procceds to crash..everytime.
