completely unplayable crashes my xbox one during loading screen

downloaded the digi copy it was a complete bust took 5 hours to dl then when it finished it starts to load story mode then freezes and crashes my xbox so bought a hard copy to see if that was it and NOPE same issues. Im not sure but I think rock* is gunna
lose out on a lot of money if they don't fix something soo b

So basically every time i play and try to continue the story my game frezzes and then crashes during the loading screen

 

Game crashes while loading level

The level titled, "Present Danger", in the "Holiday Canyon" world, crashes the game during loading. Enter the portal, loading screen comes up, progress freezes, game closes and goes to home screen. Playing the game on a original Xbox One, game is saved on
a external hard drive (no other games having issues with being saved on hard drive). Game version is 1.5.20.0, all DLC is also downloaded. Tried a hard reset to see if it would resolve the problem, still crashes during loading of the level. Not sure what to
do next. Disappointed kiddos and what not. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Same issue here. Stuck on "Loading Story Mode."

The only thing I'm about to do is load this back into the box and return it.

 

Just to throw this out there but you guys know this game takes a long time to load right? Like a really long time to load. And you have to do the prologue before you can get online.

 

Either the current Xbox Alert that gaming is limited is preventing any of my games to load, or this install severely broke my system. I can't play any games now and all of them get stuck on the loading screen.

 

Yea I knew that from the 360 version this Completly freezes then blackscreens my xbox where I have to hard restart

 

Same here, after downloading for about 2 days its stuck on the loading screen and my other games wont even start....

 

Any accident this is at the top of the page?

Iv put in a hundred hours, finished the story and was working on strangers, just try to play and it keeps starting but about 10 seconds into the titles at the start it throws me back to home screen.

tryed shutting off xbox and loged in as an alt, even as an alt it wont get to the start of the game.

Xbox go to settings

network

click to turn xbox offline

start game np.

 

I had this problem yesterday .... i will try that offline thing.
