Completely lost all information to one of my microsoft accounts

Ring suppot and ask them to do a personal information removal. It is easy just to sign in to this gamertag on your console and change the WLID to a made up E-mail then you can delete it from your console and be done with it. Its alot quicker to do this.
The e-mail that you have now on this GT can then be put on your new primary GT as it is not tied to anything.

Did the complete opposite, had 84 games owned and now have 21. Lost all my apps, lost the game pass, lost Xbox gold, and lost my other account. Fml

Thanks for reaching out to us for this issue. If you'd like to recover your Xbox account but cannot recall the information you'll want to begin with our

Lost Account Solution to recover the log in email and then use our
Lost Password Solution to be able to sign back in. You can do this for all of the accounts that were previously on your console.

A Microsoft Account password, and your gamer password are the same, and all information will be the same.
