    Completely locked out from account (Germany)


    Hi there

    question from Germany; my brother is completely locked out from his microsoft account. His email, password and phone number have been replaced and his paypal has been charged with 400€ for xbox content. He was able to notify paypal and they reversed the
    payment. The two step verifaction process is not working for him (yet), is there any other way for him to retrieve his account?

    Edit: it seems my brother had never activated the two step verifacation process but the hacker has.

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get your son's account secure.

    At this point, I think it would be best for you to try the steps outlined in our

    Region Change is it allowed?

    It is allowed However because You Live in germany It wont help

    Especially in germany

    If you change the regions to uk you will forfeit the region locked content in gears of war and wont be able to Redownload them later without repurchase

    It also takeS 6 weeks to complete and you cant play with the account while you are waiting

    Btw You cannot purchase uk region locked gears content as you arent there

    Cant Download because of location.

    only region locked content is locked away from germany (due to their strict laws) USK

    you will have to do with either a german account temporarily or wait till you are in the US again
