    Completely incompetent support.


    How do I speak to a supervisor at the xbox support customer service right now? I put the fed ex label that was sent to me by email on my package and sent it off a month ago. I tracked it a week later and it was shown to have arrived at the facility but
    was rejected for no known reason. I’m in Missouri and the facility is in texas. It went through 6 different cities in texas before going to arkansas to illinois. At this point i had called support and they said that gave me the wrong label and although it
    had been two weeks I agreed just wait for it to come back and send it off with the corrected label. It has now been a month. Tl;dr my package is pingponing back and forth between texas and illinois and repeatedly being rejected by the facility it is supposed
    to go to. I’m on the verge of having a Karen stroke. I haven’t played my Xbox in over a month now, i requested a call 2 hours ago just to get on the phone and the rep couldnt understand me and she magically cut out and hung up.

    Hey there, Crayon! When it comes to your situation, we are unable to assist you directly on these forums. You can post up your suggestion on how we manufacture our controllers on our
    Feedback site, take back your controller to the retailer you purchased it from, or create a repair on our service center that you linked. These are the options for what you're running into.

    While we appreciate your posts to help bring to our attention that your controllers need to be replaced, the only way they will be replaced is by the retailer or our service center.

    If you have any other support issues, please do not hesitate to post up on the forums. We will be more than happy to assist you with them as best as we can! :)

    Anytime you enter a beta, you gotta know there will be bugs/problems. Anyone who enters a beta thinking it's a finished product is...never mind, the mod will remove what I wanted to say.

    Beta = "A beta version of a program, game etc... is an unfinished version released to either the public a select few or whoever signs up to beta test it for bugs or glitches."

    The very definition alone is enough to make one seek out the ramifications of what could possibly go wrong before jumping head first into it. No one got "duped" or "tricked" into anything, this is a beta and it didn't just appear on your system on its own
    without "your" agreeing to it. The attacks are unwarranted and quite frankly ridiculous in nature.
