    Completely communication banned


    Case#[Mod Removed] Completely banned for good from communication on Xbox Live, spam reported for abuse and threats which did not happen on my behalf, want this sorting ASAP as people should not be able to spam report you for no apparent reason happened so
    many times now! My email is [Mod Removed] please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this matter. My Gamertags also is

    also it said i was communication banned, but im completely unable to play online

    XBox Live Suspension

    Seems to me that the best way to ban someone is simply take away their ability to communicate. No chat. No messages. No nothing. Should still be able to play online if you are paying for the service though. Now if they are cheating then, yeah. Ban them from the service completely.

    Phone/chat support don't deal with enforcement matters & often tell people to post on the forums when they shouldn't.

    The enforcement site here is the only place to file for a case review if eligible.

    People "spam reporting" you will not get you banned/suspended,you will only ever get banned/suspended if you have violated the ToU/CoC.

    In fact anyone abusing the report feature risks enforcement action themselves.
