I got an email to receive bonus rewards for pre ordering gears 4. Which I completed and preordered the ultimate edition. I have not received any points?

Please can you add them to my rewards balance?

Apocalypse Rewards not showing up

I purchased Gears of War 4 Ultimate edition and completed 5 accomplishments for the mission "Apocalypse Rewards" but the rewards for this are not showing on my account or on the missions page. Thoughts?

Missing reward credits.

hello,

I have had a look at my current pending balance of rewards points. I completed the robo rewards offer for November. On my statement it say's iv completed step 1,2 and 3. The step im missing is step 4, but on the offer its clearly stated that once the first
3 steps are completed you get step 4 completed automaticaly because that is all that's required to unlock step 4 and complete it. Can someone please check this for me so that I can get the full 10,000 rewards credits like the offer stated. My statement only
shows 8,000 credits.

Is there a specific offer you're looking for credits from? There are currently no offers to receive credits just for purchasing that game. It does qualify for part of the current Rewards Story offer, but you would need to complete the other 2 parts in order
to receive credits.

What offer are you looking for credits from? The Xbox Rewards program generally does not email anything after completing an offer. If this is for the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.
