Completed Puzzles Not Counted

Discus and support Completed Puzzles Not Counted in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've completed 27 expert puzzles in Classic Jigsaw. Only 10 are being counted as completed.     Completed Puzzles Not Counted


    I've completed 27 expert puzzles in Classic Jigsaw. Only 10 are being counted as completed.

    This was supposed to unlock the Great Expert achievement. I don't want to be attempting Hard and Media achievements of I'm not going to have them counted... WTF

    Completed puzzles not being recognized or given credit for

    Microsoft Jigsaw no longer recognizes when puzzles are completed and points are no longer credited. When puzzle is completed I need to exit Jigsaw and reopen it. Puzzles display as completed but no longer receiving credit for
    completion .

    puzzle completion

    not getting rewards when puzzle is finished. puzzle freezes when last piece played. game resets . reboot shows indicator of last puzzle has been completed. what's goin on?

    puzzle completion

    Unpin the game from the taskbar and start. Then uninstall the game completely. Go in thru Microsoft Store and reinstall the game. You'll have to go into collections and click on the download buttons, but you'll get everything
    back.

    I strongly agree,, but unable to figure out how to get this message to the developers. Specifically, is there a way to keep the puzzle from disappearing on lock and bug challenges so I can complete the puzzle and see the whole picture? Do the developers

    Stats issues, will there be a "Reset stats" option?

    I am having the same issue on a Lenovo Thinkpad T410. (I can get the full run-down if needed.) I've been trying to find the key to the stats being missed, but haven't found it. My latest theory was that you have to play them in order. For example, I
    started the Wild Animals collection and did a hard puzzle, it didn't count. So, the next puzzle, I played easy and then hard, and it still didn't count. The third puzzle, I did easy, medium then hard, and it still didn't count. So, I went back to puzzle
    1 and 2 and did the easy/mediums I was missing. Then went to puzzle 4 and did easy, medium, hard and that one counted. I did that for puzzles 5 and 6 and both of those counted.

    If my theory is correct, I could be in for some trouble on Expert b/c I would have to do 6 Wild Animal experts before 1 of them would count. As a test, I went back to the Food collection. I have easy, medium, hard done on all 22 puzzles, plus expert on
    the 1st 2. I did expert on #3 and it did not count. I am really afraid to do any more until a patch comes out, b/c I could be doing 50 experts just to get 25 to count. Not to mention I have to do all the easy, medium, hard along the way.

    Has anyone else come up with a theory? Or can prove/disprove mine? I hope it is disproven so I can just keep going. :) lol
