    Completed puzzles not being recognized or given credit for


    Microsoft Jigsaw no longer recognizes when puzzles are completed and points are no longer credited. When puzzle is completed I need to exit Jigsaw and reopen it. Puzzles display as completed but no longer receiving credit for
    completion .

    Problems with getting coins

    After doing puzzle won't give coins or show I completed puzzle. First time in years that I have not been able to play.

    not being given credit for completed portion of game

    I am having problems with the completion of a portion of the game not giving me credit for the completion. I have played the same portion several times before the site will admit it's completed. It's annoying as I would like to move on to the next part
    (and I want credit for the completed part). Would appreciate help.

    Heya!

    Let's see if we can get that working with a reset of the game:

    1. Open the settings app.
    2. Navigate to System/apps.
    3. In the system sub-menu, navigate to Apps and Features
    4. Search for the app in question.
    5. After selecting the app, select advanced options.
    6. Tap reset.
    7. You may now re-open the app once more
    If nothing changes let's also have you try uninstalling the game restarting your PC and then reinstalling.

    Do you see the same issue with multiple accounts?

    Post back and let us know how that goes!

    Hey Yonder, I just messaged you inadvertently. All I really meant to do was comment on your post.

    Same thing happening to me here. I ordered a puzzle collection (Rivers).

    The system took my 5100 in gold credit but hasn't given me the puzzle collection.

    It says downloading but never completes.

    That offer is only for purchases in March. Furthermore, you must opt in to the offer for us to start tracking purchases towards that offer. Since your purchase of Ghost Recon was in February, it was not eligible for this offer (it did award a Games on Demand
    punch). Since you opted in on the 8th, your purchase on the 1st of For Honor did not go toward this offer, but did go towards the Warrior Rewards offer that is currently active.

    Keep in mind it takes 96 hours for purchases to reflect on the website and you also needed to "activate" that offer prior to making the eligible purchase.

    While I cannot speak for the Microsoft Rewards program as this is a support forum for Xbox Live Rewards issues, I can confirm that the Credits for that offer should show as pending 15 business days after the console has been shipped. Since it has not been
    this amount of time, the Credits have not been awarded yet.
