Completed preorder 3 eligible titles a month ago preordered a 4th and still havent recieved ...

i preordered 4 eligible games for the digital preorder mission which only requires 3,but on the mission screen all 4 games show pre ordered but on same screen it only has 2 punches and will not complete or give me my 15000 credits for completion and it has
been over a week since last preorder. i spend good money and am a loyal xbox fan, gamer, and consumer and i just want the credits i earned. is there any customer service phone line for Xbox live rewards? how am i supposed to handle this?

Hello I preordered quantum break about a month ago and havent recieved my alan awake preorder bonus and windows 10 copy. But i did get the other preorder bonus alan awake american nightmare
