    Is there a way to set up a 'completed' file so I don't have to scroll all my collections to find a new puzzle?

    Folder organization

    Is there some way to put completed downloaded collections in a folder someplace separating them from collections that are not completed.

    Completed Jigsaw Collections

    Please instruct me how to delete or move completed jigsaw puzzle collections so that I don't have to scroll through numerous collections to find an active puzzle. I checked in the discussion first and there are many people who have asked this question and
    gotten no answers, so it's time to get support folks to address this. If there is no means to delete a completed collection, or create a folder for completed collections, then this should be moved on to the development team. There needs to be a way to move
    the completed collections out of the way.

    Where is my jigsaw puzzle collection?

    My last response was that the collection reappeared. I completed a puzzle in the collection last night, which unlocked a new puzzle within the collection. Tonight, I decided to begin a new puzzle in that same collection, but it has completely disappeared again!

    I also finished the Tropical Breeze collection. I didn't understand the completion percentage of 101 percent. How is that calculated? Same with the packs unlocked (33 instead of 40) and collections completed. Shouldn't it be 4 instead of 3? I have completed
    the three previous collections....

    Killer Instinct Complete Collection - Not Complete?

    I had the same problem!

    I would like to know that in my case I got both Season 1 and Season 2 Ultra Edition Add-On, and also the Shadow Jago Packet Community.

    But the premium accessories and the colors of the characters are still locked and only available for purchase with KI Gold.

    All this should not be released as well as the colors of the characters?
