Completed Collections gone

All of a sudden every collection I have purchased with gold bars and completed are back in the games and I have to purchase them again. Why?

Lost all of my current collections

A couple of days ago it froze and took forever to load. Once loaded it had removed all but three of my collections (2 of which I had completed) and my points were gone. I uninstalled it and re-installed it and it wouldn't load at all. Tonight/morning I
re-re-installed it and I have my points but only 2 of my collections, both of which I have completed. I don't want to re-purchase the collections I lost, and what's more I don't want to have to re-do those puzzles I had already completed. How do I get back
to where I was before? And for the member who wanted to remove completed puzzles, this worked for me:

Do the following at your own risk (however, it worked for me).

1) Go to File Explorer for C: drive

2) Search for "DownloadedPuzzles" (don't type " and it is case sensitive)

it should be in C:\users\(login)\AppData\Local\Packages but mine are gone

3) Your list of puzzle collections should be there.

4) Delete the collections you are finished with.

Is there a way to set up a 'completed' file so I don't have to scroll all my collections to find a new puzzle?
