Completed all the conditions but did not get the achievements

Sorry to hear about the issue? Has it been more than 72 hours since completed your achievements? If not, I suggest to wait until it gets fully synchronized across Xbox Live servers.

LOL to the above comment, so much win. To the others, Achievement Boosting is not against the Terms and Conditions. Because you still have to complete the requirements of the achievement. The only difference is the effort to earn an achievement is lessoned
since instead of it being done adversarially, they are completed mutually. Glitching or Hacking to get the achievement is against the Terms and Conditions.

All solution 1 to 5 for Xbox One Achievement and Challenge issues have been implemented but no change.

did you get a message that you completed the achievement and its not adding to the score or have you completed the task and the achievements not popping at all?

Since you did not complete 5 achievements for your purchased items, you did not get the Credits for achievements or the bonus for full completion of the offer.
