    Completed a MyMission 2 days ago and am missing the gems


    I completed the get 12 months of Xbox live mission on May 30th. Was supposed to reward me 400 gems for the vault. However they were never added to my account. How do I receive the gems? Thank you for any help.

    Nothing done prior to gems starting on October 1 counts towards the offers.

    Since gems only started on October 1, it is not possible to have completed that offer.

    Gems were only created in October, so it would not be possible to have 12 months of Gold at the current time.
