Completed 2 gem missions but they cant be claimed

Discus and support Completed 2 gem missions but they cant be claimed in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I completed the 12 moonth gold one and pollster, but iit seems to act as though I didn't do the missions.     I completed the 12 moonth gold one and pollster, but iit seems to act as though I didn't do the missions. Kind of frustrating

    Gems for missions not showing up!

    Hello,

    I just spoke to a customer care person about gems not showing up, or able to be collected, for missions that I just noticed that i have completed (they could not help so they directed me here).

    Golden Child, Pass Go, In the Mix and prospector i have completed but cant collect the gems and they aren't on my account already.

    How do I collect these 220 missing gems, or are they in the process of posting to my account?

    Please advise,

    Did not receive my credits or myvip gems for completing missions

    I completed 2 different missions and did not receive my credits or myvip gems for completing the missions.

    Since gems only started on October 1, it would not be possible to have completed those offers.

    Hello Jandro230990,

    We see that the Mixer MyChallenge is currently awaiting you to claim it on your MyRewards page. Gems were only created October 1st, so we cannot award Gems for activity done before they existed, so you have not received Gems for your Gold status prior to
    their creation. We see you have been consistently receiving 2 gems for your survey completion, and we see that you only have done five surveys, since Gems and MyChallenges only began in October. Note that the 2 gems is not a MyChallenge, so they will not have
    to be claimed first. They are automatically added to your vault total.

    Gems are deducted when you use them to "purchase" items in the vault. You can earn gems by completing challenges listed on the Missions page of the site, completing certain offers, earning gamerscore, etc.

    We see you have received Gems for each survey, and the MyChallenge for completing three consecutive surveys is still waiting for you to claim it. We also see that you were awarded Gems for your Freedom completion last month.

    You can see all of the challenges for earning gems on the Missions page of the Rewards site. You also earn 2 gems for every 1,000 gamerscore you earn.
