    Complete suspension on ALL xbox accounts and no access to Enforcement review


    This is becoming a joke.......

    Son received a 2 week Communication suspension on his account and trying to get a review, I could not get to the page to do this as I was put in a loop between Enforcement home page and review page.

    Now, my other son and I have suspensions and the Xbox is pretty useless as we are not allowed Live access. We have received no emails from enforcement and checking our accounts on Enforcement page, both accounts are showing clear with no enforcement in place
    (my account even tells me that my account has a perfect record!) Again, I can't get into the review page because I am looping from home page to policy acceptance.

    Is this what my monthly Gold subscription buys me??

    I NEED SUPPORT FROM SOMEONE AT MICROSOFT!!! PLEASE!!

  2. Got banned from sending messages and communication etc

    All suspensions are handled by Xbox Enforcement. You'll have to log on to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com
    and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

    The Enforcement staff do not post here in the forums, and no one else around here have access to your Enforcement records. The forums will not be able to assist you with unbanning your account.

  3. Length of enforcement action.

    Hello all,

    I would like to point out something I deem "poor communication" by the Xbox Live Enforcement Team. I received a communications suspension after admittedly sending message I felt to be comical that was immediately followed by a said suspension. Nowhere does
    Xbox list the length of the suspension. The email I received from the enforcement team only shows how to access emforcement.xbox.com, where there is no more helpful info other than what my suspension was for. Furthermore, there is no option to submit a case
    review and no option to "complete a questionnaire" as xbox states in their instructions on how to start a review.

    Long story short, I have no way of finding out the length of the ban and no way of contacting the team to inquire about it. Awful.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    Sounds like a console privilege suspension which will not show on the enforcement site.

    Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

    You & your other son will have the same restrictions as your suspended son while your accounts are on that console but your accounts will work on other devices.

    I suspect this isn't your sons first suspension which is why this has happened.Next time will probably be 100 day suspension.

    Not all enforcement actions are eligible for a case review but try a different web browser if your sons suspension is.

    It may be worth sitting down with your son & going through the code of conduct with him so he doesn't get suspended again.

    Thank you for the response.

    There are no secondary accounts on the console (I am the main Live account holder with my sons having an account each on the system), but both my sons have shared friends. This is my eldest son's first suspension, but for quite a serious matter as I am lead
    to believe from the Enforcement mail.

    However, how is it justified to suspend a console, and therefore blocking my youngest son's (who incidentally has social issues and uses the Xbox to communicate with others online and make friends) and my own privileges when I personally pay every month
    for the service, yet have never, in playing on Xbox for over 10 years, had a single strike against my name?

    As for trying different browsers, I have tried Chrome, IE, Edge, Firefox and Opera on home system as well as work PC and all have the same loop from Enforcement home page, to enforcement information, to policy agreement and back to Enforcement home page.

    I feel that I need to take this further and kindly request a contact email for the CEO of Microsoft UK for making a formal written complaint about this matter. I would also like to request information about all the suspensions received
    under Section 7 of the Data Protection Act (Subject Access Request) and ask whom I would contact with regards this. I'd appreciate any help you can give on these requests.

    Did you mean that your account has been suspended? If your account has been given a suspension then check the following:
