Complete from xbox

I've been trying to buy an avatar item off the xbox store but it says complete from xbox. I'm using my xbox when I try to buy it. Got a cred card set up and all

So i had an xbox one 500gb. well for black friday i had an extra $50 trade in and $50 off a bundle.. so i got the 1TB Fallout 4 bundle for about $120 well on my 360 i had an extended warranty then when i got my first xbox one i also purchased the extended
warranty when i registered the xbox but then about a month later i got refund back on my card on the extended warranty and i called xbox.. turns out there was nothing in the system showing i purchased it even showing them the purchase confirmation and when
it came out and all that. so long story short they would not give my extended warrenty when they messed up. well at 6am CST i bought this new xbox and got it home and first thing i was going to do was register and buy the warranty. no option to buy the warranty
so i get on chat and she said i have 45 days to take it to a microsoft store to add the warranty and they only offer it at the microsoft stores. i live about 3 hours from a store and i'm not driving 3 hours to add this warranty. GameStop only offered there
1 year accidental warranty and i refused. is there anyone i can email or call for help? because xbox support is no help and Microsoft store support is no help. when i told the guy in the microsoft store support i'm not driving 3 hours his response was not
to lose my receipt and i should have 30 days to return it. fedup with xbox and microsoft

Try to check the console for updates (Settings>System>Console info & Updates) and see how that goes. If there are none, try to purchase the avatar item on Xbox.com if possible. If not, try a simple power cycle by holding down the power button on the front
of the console for about 15 seconds until it powers down completely, then power it back on after one minute.
