complaints

hello, could someone contact me regarding
tracking complaints. I currently playing
Black Ops and I happen frequently
play against invincible or invisible
players. I file complaints but I do not
feel I get things done. thank you in advance

Does anyone have a problem with my Gamertag?

A gamertag is unique to the individual though so while if something is obviously offensive then you'd expect it to be looked at and maybe complaints being made, on this occasion and with this gamertag, any complaint is without foundation really, and like I said before, it's just merely a case of people being offended for the sake of it.

Hi so me and my 8 of my friends got banned yesterday for a day, because someone in the party(thats not even on my friends list) was tea-baggin and now my xbox is $#@&ed up, its been two days, 6hrs in total talking to Incompetent ppl on ur help line and
all they can tell me basically is that i have about 500$ in xbox stuff in my room thats now garbage, so can someone that knows what they are doing PLEASE HELP ME

 

There is no way to track complaints.

Once you've filed a complaint the enforcement team will investigate although this can take time.

You may get a message over live thanking you if any enforcement action was taken as a result of a complaint you filed but that's it.

 

Yeah once your report is in they will decide if he is guilty or not.

 

I'm playing Call of duty black ops and I'm tired of still find invisible or invincible players. So I make the complaint when I play with people involved but during the testimony of complaint, no evidence is asked or even the games on which is the problem.
How can he find xbox parties involved? Some players may just play a game and play normally after.

 

When you file a complaint it's against that gamertag so the enforcement team can investigate them no matter what game they are playing.

They have to gather their own evidence.

The problem with COD games is most of the issues/cheating is down to Activision to fix & they have a habit of not bothering after the game has been out for a bit.

 

then if I understand good, Activision is responsible for the cheating player and do not put a lot of will to help xbox

Yes.While these things do happen over xbox live & you should always file a complaint if you think someone is cheating & they will be investigated it is Activisions game & servers & they don't bother with the older COD games

 

yes i understand, new COD are full of kidand old COD full of cheater. Maybe i will start play battlefield

 

maybe, xbox can evoluate about sending evidence for accelerate investigation

 

Any evidence collected by the enforcement team is strictly confidential & can not be shared.

All you can do is report anyone you think is cheating & that's it.

You can also block & avoid them to lessen the chances of being put in a game with them again.

This is one of the main reasons a lot of people don't play the COD games anymore.

 

sorry, i would say, user can send evidence for accelerate investigation. i know it will be difficult to implement.

I play COD for zombie mode but sometime play live and i dont know if i am unlucky but i find cheater every week.

 

The enforcement team do not accept evidence.They have to find it for themselves.

As I've said,reporting the player is the only thing you can do.
