Complaints email

Hi,

I'm sorry to post this here, but I don't know where else to turn.

I want to make a complaint through email/online chat, but it won't let me connect to a Microsoft Support Technician as the website won't allow me to enter my forename and surname (even though I've signed in and my account have my name details on it). I've
tried this on my laptop and Mac, with the same result. I also cannot for the life of me, despite going through this website several times, find an email address. I did send a message through Twitter, but got a very short repose back basically telling me to
phone them. I did, but what I want to say is best said through email, due to the complexity of the situation.

Sorry to rant a bit, I'm just very annoyed and fed up. If someone could help me with an email address, I would be most grateful.

I've spoken with Microsoft through the live chat and gone through the options under support but no complaints email, in fact I was provided this link
Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice through the live chat but that's not an ideal way of voicing my frustration.

Good Afternoon,

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction to take a complaint further, I had an issue this morning where I was charged three times for Destiny Guardian Edition so I contacted the Billing support who ended up refunding all three rather than just
two and quoted a 72 hour wait (obviously quoting my banks time within that). Our conversation was left there without an actual apology for the service mistake during the purchase or for the mistake in refunding all three rather than two. I should of left it
like that and waited the 72 hours and then purchased the game again once I was sure the money went back into my account, however after thinking about it for a while I decided it was worth reporting as an issue and to see if there was a resolve where I could
get access to Destiny tonight rather than waiting a few days (i can't justify having £339.96 out of current account for 72 hours) or an actual apology/ "we'll look into how the xbox one handles these issues in the future". I contacted the live chat service
and voiced my concern/ upset over the whole affair but didn't receive much sympathy, It was even suggested that it was my fault for the mistake.

I probably would of the left the whole thing if it wasn't for the suggestion it was my fault, I'm looking for advise, is it worth taking forward or should I just leave it?

If it's worth taking forward does someone have a complaints email?

Sorry if this seems a little ranty, just really disappointed I won't be playing Destiny tonight =p

There isn't an e-mail address for support that I know of... if the chat isn't working for you then I'd suggest calling using the phone support number. If you're in the US or Canada the number is 1-800-469-9269. if you're in a different country let me know
