I am trying to switch on my Xbox one console but it's not starting and from 2-3 days it is not getting start. I have call to the customer care but I am not getting any response.

I am using Xbox one and it's not getting start, and I have call to the customer care but they are not responding and I am not able to find service centre for my Xbox in Mumbai.

Within the last week i've talked to four different people and im still having the same problem with my account. First i tried to purchase a holiday discount that is 50% off of a 3 month which it was for 12.50 instead of 24.99. Which for some reason my debit
card i have linked with the account wasn't letting me make a purchase for the subscription. Which then i called and talked to two different people about the situation and they came to the conclusion there was a problem with the card. Which i called and talked
to my bank the next day and everything they told me to check was working fine. Then today i try to add my paypal account to my xbox account and of i get an error message. So i contact live support the online chat thing and they cant figure out why my paypal
won't allow it to be added. So i basically i'm going to miss the holiday sale for 12.50 and i can't add a subscription to my account whoo.
