Xbox live has retracted and are finding new ways to ignore the problems of customers.

1- You call in and you get directed to a website. Good buy.

2- You talk to a virtual agent with no resolution and sit waiting to talk to an actual agent.
No one is there. Why would it tell you your connecting to an agent when no one is there.

3- If you still own a xbox 360 and need help.
Your out of luck. let see I pay $60-$120 a year for xboxlive. I rent a server for $24 a month ($288 a year) that's over $300 a year and because I have the 360 its not worth it to them.

4- I have had many problems over a few years with xbox live, eagames, and my service provider. It takes all these guys working together to make the games we play work. There seems to be no communication between them. I have to pay and literally work to resolve
issues. Hours and hours on the phone. I cant complain enough. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

No wonder customers are leaving in droves and finding a better experience over at Nintendo and sony

December Dashboard Update bricked my XBox 360 disc drive

Microsoft has made their official stance on the matter and that is to completely ignore it, completely ignore your paying customers in the hopes that you will earn more $, have them ship their consoles in and pay a reduculous amount to fix a problem you
created or purchase the new xbox slim model. Thanks MS!

I must officially retract such a baseless threat at a class action. Xbox live support has done a great job helping me out. I hereby retract my previous post.

Since i didn't find a way to edit,...

I contacted (in person, voice), with support here in Greece and the confirm there is still problems with Live marketplace in Greece because of the Xbox ONE and the Live platform that has to be upgraded for both systems.

So there you have it.

If you living in one of the next (29 i think) countries that get official availability on the ONE (AMAZING console BTW) please be patient as September is near.

Misses Quinzel, please ignore previous post,i am convinced that until 5th of September all will be up and running.

Excuse my ignorance, a poor satellite Internet connection and these "new" forums could be to blame. Are you a "gold member"? You need to pay the xbox live monthly subscription to access Netflix. That could be the problem here.
