Compensation for inability to use game pass subscription

You do know that the cable is the easiest thing to get from a computer store right?

Its a 5 dollar cable an ac cable for any laptop with double rounded ends

I wanna know will you compensate for your inability to provide the service I'm paying for per your tech issues

I dont think it's super cool that all of us customers who pay for Game Pass, EA Access, and Live wont be able to access them until this is resolved. I feel we should be compensated for the time we were not able to make use of our paid subscriptions.

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns an inability to launch and play some Xbox Game Pass games, as well as an inability to play some Xbox Game Pass games offline.

Our suggestion here, for any errors while trying to launch game titles through subscriptions such as Xbox Game Pass or Xbox Live, we recommend
power cycling the Xbox One console, as well as
removing and adding the Microsoft account that owns that subscription.

As for playing games offline, we do suggest following our using Xbox One offline support article for steps on setting
up games offline. If a game requires a connection to the internet, it will not be available to play offline.
