How can i fix my problem of incompatibility for my game called Command and conquere generals zero hours?

You need credit/debit card to get any game which is backwards compatiblity.

@Wuijibobo I don't think this is a Windows 10 store title, so I don't think that applies. As far as I know Command & Conquer is not on the Windows Store. Would be happy to hear that I'm wrong.

What platform did you purchase the game on? Is this from a physical disc, Steam, or other platform?

It might also help if we had some more details about the system that you are running on, which we could use to determine what areas might conflict in running the game. If you're looking for the best place to gather some of that data, you can click start
and in the search bar type "dxdiag" which will run some checks on your system and provide the pertinent information on what is mostly used when playing games to check it's compatibility and versioning.

Other thing to check is go through your video card and other components to see if there are firmware updates, or specific patches for the game, that might help its compatibility.
