Discus and support Companion App Game Pass and Xbox Password Issue in XBoX on Mobile to solve the problem; I updated my password and yhe Xbox Companion App and Xbox Game Pass App no longer login.     Companion App Game Pass and Xbox Password Issue


    I updated my password and yhe Xbox Companion App and Xbox Game Pass App no longer login.

    I can login via console or web with same credentials so issue is password updates for companion app on Microsoft servers.

    The support on Microsoft site AI does not even cover this category, so the answers and questions are all inappropriate.

    The contact us does not allow this scenario either.

    I don’t need help. I just need Microsoft to fix the issue!

    Add my Call of Duty companion app to the list of mobile companion apps that are not up to date with my password update

    cant log into any of the apps, yet I’m logged in here and on my console!

    Xbox game pass games can't connect to the internet

    I think that I have managed to fix the issue. Launching games through the xbox console companion app (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/apps/console-companion-app), rather than the xbox game pass beta, seems to fix the problem.

    Which beta app are you having issue downloading? The Xbox Console Companion App (Beta) or the Xbox Game Pass for PC app (Beta)? You'll need to have he beta companion app downloaded first before you can download the PC game pass app (beta) and you will also
    need to have Windows update version 1903.

    Restart your PC and then make sure you have the requirements to download the PC game pass app.

    Try using the Xbox app, not the Xbox Console Companion. There's a new Xbox app that is for the PC Game Pass.
