    Are the Community Standards enforceable like the Code of Conduct or are they just guidelines?

    They're one in the same, as another user had basically said, and both should be upheld respectfully. The Community Standards are considered to be 'a roadmap' for creating a positive Xbox Community, however, at the bottom of the page you should note that
    there is a detailed 'consequences' section. So yes, breaking any of the principles the Community Standards explains can warrant an Enforcement Action.

    The Enforcement website also has some good resources about how to act responsibly online and on Xbox Live you should check out if you're further curious.
