    Apps not working after latest update

    It is a Netgear N600 Wireless Dual Band Router WNDR3400v3 , serial number 3CM2387TA91A7. It's a router for home not a community.

    Sorry for the troubles you've had. We are separate from the Enforcement Team and can't speculate on specifics of suspensions. For more information on your specific suspension, go to and sign in at:
    enforcement.xbox.com You can also file for an appeal/case review to remove any unjust suspensions.

    What I can tell you is that the Code of Conduct is very straight forward as to what is allowed on Xbox Live. It doesn't matter who starts it, if anyone violates the code of conduct, they are subject to enforcement according to the Code of Conduct and Terms
    of Use set forth for Xbox Live.

    You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     but it doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to report the other player and block communications with them instead
    of responding.

    You can try the enforcement team but doubt they will lift any suspension,1 of my kids went on his brothers xbox,sent a rude message to his xbox then reported him and got him banned,😂😂 enforcement team wouldnt lift his ban even thou i phoned and explained

    The account holder is responsible for their account & everything that happens on it.Joke or not,if the rules were broken then it's the account holder that gets the suspension.

    The enforcement team can not be contacted by phone so you must have spoken to support & anything enforcement related is nothing whatsoever to do with them.

    A case review via the enforcement site is the only way to appeal any type of enforcement action if eligible.
