    I was playing xbox like most people would be doing, and i start a message with my teammate after he yelled at me in game chat, i said dont yell at me, then its not my fault you were playing like a cpu, i get reported for that and get a 3 day ban, i check the enforcement site and it doesnt appear, and i get called racial slurs in messages when i report them nothing happens but i get a ban for saying cpu? like i feel like this enforcement system is a joke now i cant even appeal it. what am i even supposed to do?

    Temporary Communications Ban

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. It is not possible to submit a case review for a 24 hour ban. All you can do is wait out the suspension.

    Just don't retaliate...that is down to yourself, not Microsoft's policies. Just report the person and then block them. Whilst Enforcement may be something that needs some work as it doesn't always work properly, removing yourself from the possibility of getting enforced is the best solution

    Was your ban a 24hr ban? If so you will not be eligible for case review.

    I think it's insane how quickly Microsoft can ban a player for so little. So much trash talk and then a person gets offened when you decide to say something back and bam a 7 day suspension for calling them stupid. Microsoft definitely needs to some policy changes.
