    I got a 4 day communication suspension on Xbox that ended today at 2:33 pm, it is now 9:06 pm and I still cannot use voice chat or messages. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I have already logged out of my account and restarted my Xbox both numerous times and nothing is fixed. It's really irritating me

    Try this please

    Remove your account from the console

    Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox

    Download your account again

    Try a hard reset and make sure you have a membership still.

    Try doing a hard reset (hold the power button down on the console until it shuts off, unplug it, plug it back in after 30 seconds, then turn it back on). Sometimes it just needs to resync.
