Communication privilege - Not restored

Hi.

I just got done serving time on various communication and harassment bans. But still my party creation, In-game chat and messaging privileges have not been restored.

6 days have passed since the last ban finish date. The systems should be restoring my privileges automatically, or they should hire a new DBA...

Any suggestions on who to contact or what to do? Apparently it's easier to get JFK assassination documents declassified than to get a hold of an xbox enforcement officer.

Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

Account Privileges Aren't Restored

It sounds like you may have been hit with an extension which doesn't show up on the enforcement site. Although they won't have information about the suspension, you would need to contact support to find out how long it will last.

Except that Support doesn't talk to the PET. They don't (their words) have access to that.

Also why wouldn't an extension show up on the site? Who came up with that convoluted nonsense? That'd be like a release date for a prisoner being today, but it's actually another year, they just told nobody. In what world is that okay?

Try these steps below:

Log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com and check if you have any other active suspensions.
If you are clear, proceed to
remove your account from the Xbox.
Perform a power cycle on the console.
Add your account back into the Xbox.
Attempt to go online with multiplayer and/or party chat.

Unfortunately that's been happening a lot lately. Usually it's a 3 month extension. Support are able to tell how long suspensions will last, but no other information regarding them.
