The guy who reported me called me sorts of names and he’s not banned and I called him 1 and now I’m suspended for 24 hrs

Hi there,

The enforcement team does not use the forums and only they can respond to enforcement actions they issue. The enforcement team will not let a user know the outcome of a report they submit on another user. Sometimes there is a thank you email sent, but that
is rare.

If the suspension was longer than 24 hours, and qualified for a case review you could request a review at
https://enforcement.xbox.com/. As this is not the case, you'll have to wait it out.

This is why it's best to report a user, mute/block them and move on rather than respond to them. Sorry.

Geth

This has been known to work.

Delete/remove your GT from the Xbox.

Power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

Restart the console, and then recover the GT back onto the console.

The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct. You can still be suspended for something you say to a friend if it violates the code
of conduct.

@ Shaggy,yeah mate,unfortunately pretty much anyone can be an ambassador now despite the fact they know nothing at all.

Op wont be an ambassador for much longer now they have enforcement action on their account.

I would like to ask that yesterday I was temporarily banned from communication and today the suspension expired but still 3 hours later it has unbanned but I cannot hear my friends speaking when I am on my account in a party with them. I am concerned as
to what they have done because I have been given back privileges to send messages but not speak to my friends

Don't they hand out the Ambassador icons like sweets though? from what I understand if you ask to be an Ambassador then you will become one, no matter your knowledge or "time served"
