Communication banned over something not Communication related

I've tried to call, and I've made an appeal, neither seem to work. I'm very mad, angry, and furious. I've been communication banned for 3 days, and the reason behind it is as follows: I took a screenshot of in game material, as in I was playing a microsoft approved game, which means microsoft reviewed and allowed the game to be played on xbox live, and I took a screenshot of an animal I killed in my game. The animal had a pair of testicles, as it was presumably a male animal. And I screenshoted my kill, and then the next morning I find out I'm communication banned because I took a screenshot involving sexual content. Didn't even share it on xbox. Just screenshot it. What does that have to do with party chat?? And why am I being communication banned because of it?? And what did I do wrong?? I literally took a screenshot of in game content, I thought that's what screenshotting was for. How can I not take a screenshot of something in game? Take it out the game then, or remove the game from your platform. Don't give me something in a game and say this is the one thing you can't screenshot. I'd like an explanation please, because I'm ready to stop using microsoft, they don't care about their customers, and their customer support is the worst on the planet. Somebody please give me an explanation as to why microsoft is doing this to me?

generally if you say something in a message and they report it as offensive it's almost an instant communication ban. I do not know the steps when things are said over the mic.

PS4 has similar service. If you break do something that will get you banned in one game by communication, they will ban your ability to communicate. It's not game biased, its case biased. You can change over to PS4, but you will experience similar treatment
there. You could also prevent future bans by being respectful in chats and parties, and if someone tries to provoke you, just ignore them.

If you say bad words, over a microphone and still publicly. Anyone can tell you. BAN for communication does not only apply to written communication but also to voice communication.
