Communication Ban

I have been with Xbox for 7 years now and I’m starting to consider ps4 because of this reason me and my mate who has literally only just got Xbox as he didn’t know what he was doing he reports me and I get a communication ban I finding this quite ridiculous
and unprofessional can this be sorted?

Being banned twice

Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

 

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?
