Communication ban

It says my ban has been lifted but I can't access any of the communication features. Please help.

Being banned twice

Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

 

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

 

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re adding the account to see if that clears the issue.

this didnt work for me... please help! this is freaking frustrating. ive tried everything. my communication ban was lifted on 10-30-17 and still cant chat or message anyone. smh microsoft is so sad man. one problem after another.
