Communication ban

Hi, I got communication banned awhile back and currently still am. I went and checked the enforcement and the ban ended already but I still can not communicate.

Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re adding the account to see if that clears the issue.

I am having the same issue here, my account was com banned 7/25 and was lifted 8/15. But i have gone through all the steps from deleting the account to resetting me xbox one, and here it is 11/3 and my ban has not been lifted.

me too can anyone help . Xbox is about to make me go to PS4 , 500 dollar xbox and cant even talk or send messages . PS4 doesnt have this problem

If the steps give to you have not worked connect support and check to see if you still have and additional ban. I've heard of an issue with the web site not showing additional bans or extensions. Support can tell you if you still have an active ban and
when it will expire

Isn't that the truth. We're actually paying for this shoddy and useless enforcement system, aren't we?

I don't know what to tell you guys, but it's not looking good. I was talking to support most of the day and they couldn't fix my communication ban. Best they could tell me is to wait 24 hours. I don't even have any enforcement
record, it's perfect. Only been on Xbox live about a month and a half, and only sent 2 messages out, neither of which were abusive.

Great job Microsoft, great job! Really, you're doing great! You take a great product and then ruin it with horrible SJW automation.
