COMMUNICATION BAN OVER BUT I STILL CANT CHAT OR MESSAGE ANYONE AT ALL! PLEASE HELP ME!

Just to clarify, the Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
Case Review. Some enforcement actions including, but not limited to 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. You can find more information
in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
Code of Conduct or
Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

That said, it's possible the suspension was extended. Have you seen any more information in regards to this suspension in your email inbox associated with your Microsoft Account? Please be sure to check your spam folders as sometimes the communication can
be sent there instead. It's very possible the suspension on your account is not listed on the enforcement website, but was communicated to you via email instead. Our chat teams can also take a closer look and let you know if you have any current enforcement
actions.

Mute, Block Communications, and File a Complaint.

EDIT: I noticed you mentioned he keeps contacting you after a Blocked Communications, remember to not invite to a game, party invite, or send a message to the user or it will undo the Block.

Ive been banned for swearing at a guy who was swearing at me. He reported me though so I was the one banned.

My ban lasted for 2 weeks and ended over a month ago. Trouble is I can play online and everything but still cant chat or message.

Been on the forums and support and no help at all. Cant talk to Enforcement because the ban has ended so there is no option for the review process anymore, and to see what the problem is.

The Enforcement process is a disgrace.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re adding the account to see if that clears the issue.
