    Communication ban has finished yet I still cannot chat with other players.


    My comms. Ban was up yesterday and I've checked the enforcement page however, when playing games online I still can't talk to other players.

    I've also been looking up for answers to solve this and keep finding the same solution but this has not worked for me!

    A com ban is a communication ban. It's a type of account suspension where you're still able to use Live, but you cannot communicate in any way with any other players.

    Are you having that issue directly on the Console or within the Xbox App on your Smartphone / tablet?

    Further is there any other account on the console that could have an active enforcement against it? If so try to remove that Profile and see if it makes any Change in the Situation.
