Communication ban case review

hello, I received a communication ban until January 2nd, my account is: . I have a little brother that yells at my poor tv and writes rude messages to users of Xbox Live. My brother and I share a account and he gets suspended lots, I payed for
the Xbox but i am forced to share with my brother , I am on the account the majority of the time sometimes he goes on and sends rude messages, ive told mom and he has been punished, he shouldn’t be on my Xbox again. I’m sorry about this mess, thank you for

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com however 24hr bans are not eligible for case review. Communication bans restrict all communication.

 

Why is it that the 'Apply for case review' button on the enforcements section of the xbox page does not work?

communication Bans mostly don't give you an option for a case review, you just have to wait out the ban.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review however, you are responsible for your account at all times. It would probably be a good idea to have your brother start
his own account. Sharing accounts does violate the code of conduct as well.

 

okay, the enforcement page says nothing about this new extension of my suspension, how am I supposed to apply for a case review if I can’t even see the new suspension?
