    So today I was recently banned from communications due to an lfg that was posted about 4 to 3 months ago on generation zero just now getting flagged for it and keep in mind the post said this.

    "Looking for free experimentals will not pay $"

    Was on 76 talking with the group of friends in a party today at around 6:00. And then I get removed and was told that Xbox enforcement actions were taken on my account this isn't going to fly I didn't do anything wrong this isn't even an inappropriate lfg and as far as why it got reported I don't know because it doesn't really add up and it makes zero sense that an lfg from 3 months ago is just now getting reported...

    With this said I demand to be uncom banned

    The punishment is for 2 days I don't care it was unjustified and I'm demanding this wrong be righted.

    One point, it does not matter who is playing on your account, you are responsible for any actions that they carry out.

    It also does not matter who started what, if a violation of the code of conduct happens and it gets reported, you get suspended. Retaliation is not an excuse and is not condoned.

    I understand your frustration with another Xbox user. Unfortunately you violated the Terms and Service of Xbox Live. You must understand that saying harsh words is not helping your issue with them.

    My best advice in the future is to block and report the user and move on.
