commerical does not play. White screen only, can't play game

When logging into Microsoft Solitaire, and you are not a paying customer, a commercial plays prior to starting the game. For the past 3/4 days instead of a commercial a solid white screen appears and never clears. This makes playing the game impossible.

No Movies (blu ray or dvd)

I just received my replacement xbox one console. Progress! The new one does PLAY commerical blu ray and dvd's!!! It does NOT play any of the blu ray movie disc (BDMV) that I created. Error 0x91d70000 (the error message on the old console was
0x91d70001).

Progress. It does play the commerical blu ray disc (Star Trek into Darkness is the only one I have).

White Screen

I've had difficulty playing the Challenges due to a white screen. Now I can't even play the basic games because I'm getting a white screen. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I also have the problem. Today I was able to play 28 out of the 30 solitaire games. The last two had the ads that would not load. On the others if white screen then I would go to the next game and play ad then go back to one with
white screen and it would work. So annoying.

You can't play HALO 5 together on the same console. The game does not have split screen functionality. It is for online co-op only.

My first xbox one would play games. It would not work with any blu ray movies or dvd's. Error message 0x97d001? The error message would just flash on the screen with only way to stop it would be to turn the console off.

My current console now plays games, commerical blu ray movies and dvds. It will NOT play bdmv blu ray movies that I created on BD-R or BD-RE disc. It is something Microsoft choose to do. (the disc play on Sony's Playstation PS3 and PS4). I wish Microsoft
would "allow" the bd-r and bd-re disc to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- Arcade white = Old Arcade Game

- Arcade orange = New Arcade Game

- Arcade for XBox Live Gold Only = Does not exist. However, if you don't have Gold, you can't play the multiplayer modes of these games.

- Arcade games you can physically buy = there is no way to know if a hard copy of a game exists just by looking it it in the marketplace.

Games on Demand ALWAYS have a hard copy version, but few arcade games do.

- Arcade games you can only download and can play later/Arcade games that you can download and can't play later = Arcade games don't "expire", if that's what you mean. You can play them forever once you downloaded them.
