Hello,

I'm creating a games room, and I would like to use the Xbox One inside,

User will buy a play time to play on Xbox One and Xbox Live,

To be Legal with you, I would like to know if you offer commercials licenses ?

Thanks for the reply. I think that any infringement would be in the "commercial use" clause.

I forgot to mention that we pay for licensing through iGames to use Microsoft Xboc and PC software for commercial use. I just need to know 1. Does that license include XBL and if not, 2. Who do II contact to get permission. The user agreement states that
Microsoft can grant permission, which is what I need.

Xbox games are not licensed for public exhibition or any form of commercial exploitation arcade style

you absolutely would need a license from every single game you wish to use
