Comment télécharger Forza Horizon 3 après l'avoir acheté ?

Bonjour,

Après avoir acheté Forza Horizon 3, j'ai reçu un email de confirmation de ma commande. Mais en me connectant au window store il m'est impossible de le télécharger (aucun bouton disponible). Le jeu n'apparait pas dans ma bibliothèque bien que ce dernier est
bien signalé comme "jeu possédé".

Avez vous une solution ?

Problème de téléchargement de mes puzzles

Bonjour,

J'ai plusieurs collections de puzzle dans ce jeu.

Malheureusement, suite ma réinstallation de Windows, je n'arrive pas les télécharger, même les nouvelles collections que j'ai acheté récemment (après réinstallation).

Lorsque je sélectionne "Télécharger", la barre de chargement apparaît, mais elle reste vide.

Pourriez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît.

Make sure you are signed into the Windows Store with the same account that bought the game and then search for the game. Make sure you are also not signed into an Xbox One at the same time, and you should see a download button on the Store page for the game.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately it still doesn't work. I am logged with the only Windows account I got although, It is confirmed that I acquired the game when I search it (but I cannot download it).

I am not logged with an Xbox because I do not have any.

Do you have any other suggestion ? It seems I am not the only one having this problem.
