    Bonjour a tous je vous explique mon soucis, tout a l’heure sans faire expres je voulais annuler mon abonnement game pas et j’ai malheureusement annule le Live gold que j’avais deja payer pour l’annee et du coup en me connectant sur ma console la ca me dit
    que mon live a ete annule comment faire pour recupere mon abonnement du live ?

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately there is no way to undo a subscription cancelation after you agreed to cancel the subscription. I recommend contacting customer support to see if there is anything that they can do for
    you.

    2. Select Xbox One
    3. Select See other options
    4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
    5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
    6. Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call
