Commendations are not updating/auto sync.

Commendations are not updating/auto sync. How does this get fixed and updated from what I have accomplished?

Not auto updating

Xbox isnt auto updating any games or apps.

Checked that auto update is switched on which it is; Instant on is enabled; Xbox is connected via ethernet at all times.

Happens with all new games, existing game updates & existing app updates.

Recent examples:

-Bought Dynasty Warriors which didn't auto download

-Pubg update (4GB) had to be manually started

-Todays eso update (40GB) has just been manually started.

Running Xbox One X, 40mbps fibre & Cat6 ethernet cable.

Not auto updating

Hi

With game update if your console has been set to auto update it will most likely be that the update has only just been released and the console has not had the opportunity to yet download the update.

As for Dynasty Warriors can you confirm if this is your home console as purchases made through Xbox.com will only auto download on your home console.

Hi,

The current update was released over 11 hours ago, also the update for PUBG I downloaded 2 days after release.

I can also confirm that it's set to home console.

If you're still not getting the medals/commendation, the best thing to do would be to update and load the Halo Waypoint app on your Xbox, then visit the Waypoint forums, so your data syncs with the site. There may be additional information on there that
can shed some light on what criteria you need to meet, and also some people that can help if there's no dice.

yes kinda sad

but it kinda goes along with it

since they will update commendation constantly so now for somereason it will not tie to offline

Darn auto correct, I mean try to re sync your controller.

Have him look under his commendations and ensure that every level has the box for the commendation filled. The level (or levels) that aren't checked will have to be completed again.
