i was comm banned for typing numbers and dots. My friend told me to do it. The guy I was sending it to said racial slurs to me. I said something like this: 123.45.678.9 how is that bad???

Most likely because it looks similar to an IP address.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for the official reason from the enforcement team and to see about submitting a case review.

Just to add,the enforcement team do a thorough investigation before carrying out any bans/suspensions.

As xTye said,the suspension wont be overturned.

twice my account was 1 day and 2 days into a two week ban when I received an email letting me know I was permanently banned. it did not do this the first time my account was permanently banned. a week ago my account did not say reputation needs work and
now I am banned. the first time I had reputation avoid me and needs work for months before I was permanently banned. thus making me unrightfully permanently banned.

I'm not interested in anything you have to say. XBLPET or whatever needs to lift the ban on one of my accounts.

And lif the suspension is over a year it expired

Doesnt matter who starts the fight you shouldve used the tools you been given

As your repeat suspensions you obviously haven't learned

Hiding curse or implying words don't make any violations immune that's what you aren't getting

And multiple suspensions only end badly for you

If you keep pushing and getting more suspensions you should read the perm ban section it will only get worse

I follow the rules, clown. The point is that because my skill level is much higher than other players, they choose to msg me. Guys like you, troll me with messages and I just reply simple non threatening or abusive messages, yet I am being banned. Maybe
you should've read my first message, it would save me the hassle of having to explain to you that I didn't email anybody. Xbox emailed me two days after emailing me that I was banned for two weeks. Except the second email let me know I was permanently banned
... again I cant submit a case review because their system is a joke. Seems like they have guys like you running enforcement .. clowns
