    Ho recuperato un vecchio account Xbox360 in cui è attivo l'account bambino e non riesco a capire come convertirlo in account adulto. Se accedo al sito della Microsoft sembra che l'account sia di tipo "adulto", ma quando vado nelle mie informazioni e accedo
    tramite l'apposito link nell'account Xbox360 non mi fa accedere perchè bloccato dalle limitazioni dell'account bambino. Ho provato nella mia Xbox e sembra (in "famiglia" pare non ci siano restrizioni, in "privacy" sta scritto che l'account è adulto) che l'account
    sia adulto. Ho provato anche ad aggiungermi nella famiglia di Microsoft tramite il vecchio account genitore ma se accedo nella pagina xbox per modificare il mio account bambino, non mi sembra di trovare un'opzione per convertirlo in adulto. Ovviamente ho rimosso
    l'account dalla famiglia ma nulla. C'è un modo che ancora non ho provato?

    Ho appena controllato la pagina che mi hai mandato e non mi pare ci sia qualcosa che faccia al caso mio poichè l'account non compare proprio in "famiglia" dell'Xbox. Come posso dissociare i due accounts?

    Some how the account you've recovered was made as a child account. Basically this means that the birthdate on your account indicates that you're underage. You can correct your birthdate by providing proof

    Ho appena provato una mossa tanto stupida quanto efficace, infatti sembra che l'account in questione sia passato ad "adulto" semplicemente riaggiungendolo nella stessa famiglia, ma anzicchè spuntare "figlio/a", ho spuntato "adulto" e, lasciando la famiglia,
    pare che l'account sia passato direttamente ad adulto. Per quanto riguarda il processo di aggiunta della carta di credito per verificare l'et , gi l'avevo provato ma non era cambiato nulla nella mia situazione. Ora riesco ad accedere tranquillamente all'account
    Xbox dal PC. C'è un modo per avere la certezza assoluta che l'account sia passato definitivamente ad "adulto"?

    Se ciò non esistesse allora ringrazio tutti voi per l'aiuto che mi avete dato.

    If you are able to do what you were not before I would say it is an adult account. The account could of been glitched and when you added back to family it fixed it. If you want to make sure, request a call back and speak with a support agent they will be
    able to tell you.

    When you go to
    Contact Us
    to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
    • Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips
    • Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

    Devo purtroppo fare una modifica alla mia ultima risposta. Quando sono entrato e uscito dalla famiglia in veste di adulto, dopo qualche minuto l'aver fatto il normale accesso all'account xbox, si è ripresentato il problema. Quindi sono rientrato nella famiglia
    come adulto e mi fa accedere normalmente, quindi credo che per accedere all'account xbox dal mio "account bambino" debba rimanere nella famiglia come adulto...

    Sarebbe carino fixare questo problema con la famiglia, ma anche con questo metodo "alternativo" non ho alcun problema: quindi, sperando che non ci siano altre complicanze, credo che il problema sia "risolto".

    1. Grab one of your official identification documents that includes your photo, birthdate, full name, and an expiration date.

      Note: If your account was setup with a business name, please include documentation showing your affiliation with the business along with your identification.
    2. Using your mobile device, take a photo of your identification.
    3. Submit the photo of your identification to us at
