Onestamente non ho idea se possa essere un problema relativo alla connessione. Diciamo che e molto probabile ma purtroppo non saprei aiutarti, anche perché non ho mai sentito nessuno avere questo problema.

Potresti provare a invertire account e console: succede lo stesso alla stessa persona? Avete provato a essere in chat di gioco con altre persone? Invertire televisione magari anche.

Purtroppo non credo di aver mai letto qualcosa del genere qui sui forum, magari se provi a postare in inglese qualcun altro ti risponde e conosce una soluzione, di italiani ce ne sono ben pochi.
