Come play Team Mythic!

Its because people either play on social slayer or Team slayer - about 5k of the 11k people online. Team Mythic is a ghost town and so are most other playlists. The only way to ensure the maps is to play on Team Mythic or take a chance on another DLC required
playlist.

The game is older and graphically outdated since these new games are updated much more. It is true that the game is like a "ghost town", there's hardly anyone that plays Team Mythic and I need one last achievement for the Mythic Map Pack. There's only a
few thousand of people left playing it, but soon it will be hundreds.

My issue is specifically with regards to a payment error, where Microsoft failed to take the Microsoft credit from my account, instead charging considerably more to my Paypal.

Microsoft Customer Service told me that this would be resolved straight away, with a refund to my paypal in place of the remaining credit on my account.

6 weeks later, they are still using the 'its with escalations team' and have also tried making up factually incorrect policies regarding credit - THEY ARE LYING!

From what I have read from other customer's experiences, this appears to be standard Microsoft tactic to get the customer to give up and go away.

Appalling business practice in every sense, and if nothing is resolved by the end of the month, I will be taking this to the trading standards bureau and then the small claims court in the UK.

OK first and foremost

Did you check account.microsoft.com

And see the order history

Was it approved denied or refunded

If it says refunded them no you are barking up the wrong tree

Once it says refunded it takes 5-7 business days for your bank to receive it once it says issued then there is nothing on ms end

Now if you used PayPal I'm guessing since it's 6 weeks

It's a 60 day return window

As per the PayPal terms you agreed to

If it's a prepaid creditcard it's also a 60 day return window

If you are going to use PayPal or a prepaid creditcard read the terms

If it doesn't say issued or refunded then it's on ms side

You can get Team Mythic games too, and might be able to get Big Team games.... those are rare though :S
