    Thank your for bringing this to our attention. Networking can be very tricky to troubleshoot so most of the steps involved are extensive. This link here should do the trick :

    Xbox app NAT type on Windows 10 displays “Teredo is unable to qualify”

    There may also be settings to toggle in your routers settings. For assistance with that I recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider.

    Xbox App server connectivity blocked

    Yesterday since the Xbox Service problems I've been experiencing issues joining parties on the Xbox app. I have followed the directions for fixing Teredo is unable to qualify and NAT type is strict, formatted my laptop and followed the directions again resulting
    in the same problem of Teredo is unable to qualify and NAT type is strict.

    I keep getting this error when trying to connect to party chat from Xbox app while streaming to my pc I've tried serial YouTube videos to fix this but nothing has worked.... please help

    Thank you for the suggestion, I did find out that "Teredo is unable to qualify" however all the solutions on the "NAT type on Windows displays "Teredo is unable to qualify" Microsoft page did not work, and I still cannot connect to Horizon life, could this be a problem on their end?
